1. You:
I am a hardworking and passionate individual who once I get my mind on something I can't stop until I see its full potential achieved. I believe this helps me as an entrepreneur in that I always put my product in the best situation to succeed. I believe I am so passionate about this because I saw it unfold right in front of my eyes as a child as my father built up his business from the ground up.

2. What are you offering to Customers?:
Initially my product may come off as an unessential item or something that could confuse segment groups (specifically the older and un-techsavy generation, but I believe this is the opposite. The application has been designed to be very simple and easy to navigate. Along with this it minimizes the stress someone has to undergo in a given day which could have major health implications.

3. Who are you offering it to?:
My product is offered to EVERYONE!! And by everyone I mean those individuals that have a drivers license and drive vehicles often in their lives. The product is simple enough for everyone to use for their benefit but nice enough to work efficiently.

4. Why do they care?:
The customers would care about my product because it makes their lives that much easier. Typically the first and last thing individuals do when they are getting into or out of their car is put on their seatbelt and play their music. I want the 3rd thing they instinctively do is to check my product and make their lives easier!

5. What are your core competencies?:
I believe the core competencies are the availability of the product. You can use the application on your phone wherever you have signal so the product will never leave your side. It is always available no matter where you would be.

I do believe that my elements fit together and not only do they fit together but I believe they can be a big success. Throughout my interview process and speaking with my peers and my group mates feedback, I believe that this product has all it takes to be a success. All generations can use it and benefit from it.

Based on my previous post and the feedback I received, I have learned that other believe in my product just as much as I do. This gives me the confidence to pursue it whole heartedly and confidence is key for any entrepreneur. This confidence invoked from the feedback of my initial napkin idea helped me to be more aggressive in putting the product out there and expanding.

  1. Hi Mark! Great post on reflecting again on your napkin idea for part two. I think you laid out all of your points very nicely. I also agree that your elements fit together and that this could potentially be a success. I think doing this assignment again was very helpful to go back and review our ideas. Again, good reflection!
