16A What's you Secret Sauce?
Know Thyself
I believe that my unique human capital sets me apart for a number of reasons. My ability of thinking like an entrepreneur and coming up with consistent ideas to make peoples lives easier with products is my first trait that sets me apart from others. As well as this is the fact that for my entire life I have been surrounded and raised in a home of entrepreneurs. I have been shaped from my core into what it takes to be successful as an entrepreneur because I have seen it and lived it firsthand. Another reason why my specific human capital is unique and I will be successful is my confidence and bravado. I am 1000% sure that my product will be successful, not only based on my previous interviews, those of whom wholeheartedly agree, but because of my own intuition and self belief. In my opinion this is a core concept and attribute of those entrepreneurs who are very successful. I am also capable of creating and devising specific products and opportunities for those when they need it. I can think both in modern times and in future tense's as to not orchestrate a product that will immediately fall out of the market for unforeseen consequences. Lastly, my product will be successful do to my immense human capital because I have been doing this for years and have sharpened my skill. Since a young age I was always coming up with ideas and trinkets to sell or use to benefit myself whether it be in school, the playground or at home. I have been an entrepreneur for years.
I interviewed my roommates who have been some of my closest friends since i was a child. I have been raised with these people and they probably know me better than anybody in the world. The first thing that they all said when I asked about my human capital was the fact that I am personable and have no problem starting a conversation with anybody. My ability to speak on a friendly level and make friends with whoever I meet is one of my best qualities. As well as that, I also have a very dedicated work ethic and will fight as hard as I can to be successful. They also told me I am very stubborn. This can sometimes lead to conflict as I will be so dedicated to a cause that I will get tunnel vision, but often times it helps me as it does not let me get distracted from the objective at hand.
I do think these interviews are accurate about me because they are from the people that know me the best and would not lie to me. It is a fairly accurate representation of myself and I can agree with all of them, even the not so good traits.

Hey Mark, i really enjoyed reading your post. Being raised in home full of entrepreneurs does shape you, I can completely agree with that as I was too. It shapes you completely and gives you an edge most people don't have. Also I like how honest your friend were in not only describing your strengths but also your weaknesses, true friends tell it like it is. Great post!
